Hi Reader,

I fold origami every day.

And when I’m not doing it for the site, I often fold when I need a brain break.

So I pick an easy model. Something I can finish in 10 or 15 minutes. And I fold.

Away from the noise. The screens. The fast pace.

It’s one of the few moments in the day when I slow down and focus on one simple thing.

Just the paper. The movement of my hands. The soft sound of the folds.

And I hope this origami star gives you a small break, too.
