✨ Folding Tip: Rotate for Comfort and Precision
When following a diagram, I always rotate the paper so I am folding away from myself. This allows me to see the reference creases/points as clearly as possible and allows my arms to be in a comfortable position. It also means I am folding every crease in the same way, which helps create a consistent folding technique. So if the diagram shows “fold from left to right”, I turn the paper 90 degrees so I’m folding it “away”. Always remember to turn the paper to match the next diagram!
